Available Activity Checks

The following activity checks are available in the SAP Admin module.

Option	Description
Work Time	Checks the activity of all end-users to ensure that sufficient pauses in activity are recorded in two subsequent days. The default value in the **Break Duration** field is 28,800 seconds \(8 hours\).
Prof./Limited Prof. Users	Checks to ensure that ESS users are not executing activities that require a Professional or Limited Professional license type. By default, this check is restricted to the last 28 days.
Workbench Users	Detects any users with a development key changing program text and issues a warning if these users do not have a license type associated with development work. By default, this is restricted to the last 42 days.
Deleted Users	Identifies any users that were deleted. By default, this is restricted to the last 84 days.
Expired Users	Identifies any users whose user accounts have expired. By default, this is restricted to the last 84 days.
Logon after Expiration	Identifies any users who have logged on to SAP after their account expiration date. By default, this is restricted to a period from last year/current month to last month.
Future Users	Identifies any users who logged on to SAP before their user account was valid.
Multiple Logons	Lists the users with the highest number of concurrent logons in the previous and the current year. You can specify the maximum number of rows to display per page.
