License Type Tab in the License Distribution by Cost Center Report

On the License Type tab, the results have been aggregated by license type for the specified controlling area.
The Licence Type tab enables you to quickly identify the number of licences of a specific licence type that are distributed within an element (for example, a cost center or cost center group) highlighted in the Standard Hierarchy. Double-click the desired element in the Standard Hierarchy to display the relevant data for this element on the License Type tab.
By default, the ALV grid is sorted by license type in ascending order. You can amend the ALV grid layout, if required.
| Column Name | Description |

| Installation Number | The installation number of the system that contains the CO module. |
| System ID | The three-character ID of the system that contains the CO module. |
| Client | The client that contains a number of licenses of a certain license type. |
| License Type | The license type of which a certain number of licenses exist on a specified system. |
| Special Version | The special version, if applicable, that is associated with the license type. |
| Counter | Every row is counted \(the Counter column for each user contains the value `1`\) to enable the creation of totals and subtotals. By default, the total number of users is calculated, and subtotals are calculated for groups of users with the same license type. However, you can customize this feature to count any type of data in this ALV grid. For information on counting rows in ALV grids, see Counting Rows in Reports. |
| First Name | The user's first name. |
| Last Name | The user's last name. |
| Country Surcharge | The country surcharge, if applicable, that is associated with the license type. |
| Number | The number of licenses of a specified type. By default, the report details the number of licenses of a certain license type per client and the total number of licenses of a certain license type per system for the element that is selected in the Standard Hierarchy. You can treat the Number column like the Counter column as described under User Tab in the License Distribution by Cost Center Report.
