Data in the Contract Utilization Analysis Report—License Analysis (Variance)

The License Analysis (Variance) evaluation type compares the actual number of used licenses against the target number of available licenses in the contract.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Tar/Act. (Target/Actual) | Shows whether the row contains the number of licenses stated in the corresponding contract (value: Tar.) or the number of licenses that are in use (value: Act). |
| Lic. Type | Shows the number of the license type, for example 52. |
| Measurement Date | Shows the date of the measurement on which the statistical evaluation is based. |
| Amount | Shows the number of licenses of a specific license type in the corresponding contract (value: Tar.) or the number of licenses that are in use (value: Act). |
