NetworkMinSpeed
defines the minimum network speed (in bits per second) for the FlexNet tools to attempt any transfers, including any check for updates to download. For a discussion of the tests and processes, see NetworkSpeed. Using the Common
key (only) causes all tools to adhere to the same standard.
